This isn’t your typical “here’s how you make better coffee” article. I hope to have more of those coming, but this post is something different.

- AJ Coffee Co is closed to new orders until after Christmas.*

Sold Out
Due to an influx of end-of-the-year orders, we are sold out. There is a very limited amount of the Poços de Caldas coffee left, but that’s it. We can’t wait to share our new arrivals, due to arrive next week! One of which hasn’t even arrived in the US from origin yet. We’ve never offered these before, and we can’t wait to roast these new delicious coffees for you!
The next time we ship fresh roasted coffee (we only roast to order) will be Monday, December 29. If you didn’t get your order in, you have our deepest sympathy. Let the hope and excitement of new coffees keep you going until then. (No, It’s not easy, but you can do it. We believe in you.)
